Simon Kirkpatrick
Co-Founder, Strategy & Operations
Simon is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology innovator, with over four decades of experience spanning diverse industries. As Co-CEO of RuleWise, he combines strategic vision with deep expertise in AI-driven solutions to simplify compliance and governance for organisations and regulators.
He has founded and led multiple successful ventures, including Duforest Systems and the pioneering e-commerce platform Humpty Dumpty/QXL. His leadership consistently delivers transformative outcomes by integrating advanced technology with pragmatic business frameworks.
Beyond his professional achievements, Simon is engaged in historical research, pursuing doctoral studies in the ecclesiastical history of the Channel Islands. He also holds community roles in veterans’ organisations and local parish affairs, reflecting a unique blend of intellectual curiosity and civic commitment.
Mort Mirghavameddin
Co-Founder, Sales & Relationships
Mort is an accomplished leader with over 30 years in the financial services sector, recognised for his expertise in regulatory and risk management. As Co-CEO of RuleWise, he guides clients through complex compliance challenges, driving innovation and sustainable growth.
His career includes pivotal leadership roles, transforming a loss-making institution into a profitable entity with £8M peak profits, and managing over £9B in assets under management. Mort’s approach combines strategic foresight with operational excellence.
He is also a strong advocate for continuous improvement and collaboration, helping RuleWise remain at the forefront of compliance technology and organisational empowerment worldwide.
